Bloomberg Analyst: Four Issuers Meet with SEC in Recent Days Regarding Spot Bitcoin ETFs
James Seyffart, an analyst at Bloomberg, stated on X platform that in the past few days, four different issuers have met with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) regarding their Bitcoin ETF applications. BlackRock met with them yesterday, marking the third time in recent weeks. Grayscale, Franklin Templeton, and Fidelity each had meetings last week. Both the SEC's Division of Trading and Markets and the Division of Corporation Finance attended these meetings. These two divisions will ultimately decide whether the 19b-4 and S-1 applications are approved or denied.
