NVIDIA has announced that the GTC 2024 conference will be held at the San Jose Convention Center from March 18th to 21st. NVIDIA's founder and CEO, Jensen Huang, will deliver the keynote address at the San Jose Convention Center on Monday, March 18th at 1:00 PM Pacific Time.
According to the NVIDIA website, Illia Polosukhin, co-founder of NEAR Protocol, will attend the “Transforming AI” keynote speech and panel discussion event at the GTC24 conference on Wednesday, March 20th, from 11:00 AM to 11:50 AM Pacific Daylight Time.
According to documents shared by Bloomberg Intelligence analyst Henry Jim on the X platform, World Funds Trust has submitted applications to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) for six leveraged ETFs based on Bitcoin spot prices. These ETFs include 1.5x, 1.75x, and 2x leverage, as well as inverse leveraged ETFs. The codes and fees are yet to be determined, with an effective date set for March 18, 2024.
The documents indicate that these ETFs will initially reference the yet-to-be-launched iShares Bitcoin Spot ETF, but reserve the right to use other Bitcoin spot ETFs.
World Funds Trust is reportedly an open-end management investment company established as a statutory trust in Delaware on April 9, 2007.
Last year, Avalanche announced the launch of Codebase, an accelerator program targeting early-stage founders. The program spans 12 weeks and focuses on product development, engineering, go-to-market strategy, operations, organizational development, and fundraising. The first batch will select 15 startup companies, each of which will receive a $50,000 stipend to focus on building during the program.
Currently, Codebase has completed the registration process, and the list of winners will be announced on March 18th.
Ether.fi announced on the X platform that they will open the airdrop distribution on March 18th. Eligible recipients of the airdrop will be able to claim their tokens within 90 days.
Aztec Network, a privacy and scalability solution based on ZKRollup, has announced the gradual shutdown of its DeFi privacy bridge project, Aztec Connect. Starting one week from now, transfers from zk.money and other frontends like zkpay.finance to Aztec Connect contracts will be disabled. Users are able to withdraw their funds for free within one year. The Aztec team anticipates a complete cessation of Aztec Connect contracts and all Rollup functions one year later, with the expected date being March 21, 2024. Aztec Network advises users to withdraw their funds as soon as possible.
Former federal prosecutor James K. Filan announced on the X platform that in the lawsuit between the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and Ripple, the SEC is seeking an extension for the deadline of remedial measures briefs. This includes extending the deadline for opening arguments briefs to March 22, 2024, extending the deadline for Ripple to submit opposing briefs to April 22, 2024, and extending the deadline for the SEC to submit reply briefs to May 6, 2024.
