Biconomy has acquired Klaster, a blockchain abstraction specialist, to develop a Modular Execution Environment (MEE). The MEE is designed to simplify blockchain complexities for developers and improve user experience by enabling trustless and expressive execution of Supertransactions. Supertransactions use Merkle trees and crypto-economic guarantees to allow developers to build cross-chain applications without writing complex smart contracts. The acquisition combines Klaster‘s expertise in chain abstraction with Biconomy’s account abstraction solutions, aiming to reduce friction and complexity in cross-chain transactions.
