FLock.io Announces Partnership with Alibaba Cloud on Advanced AI Model Co-Creation

Flock.io, the first decentralized AI training platform that combines federated learning and blockchain to revolutionize AI development, announced a new partnership with Alibaba Cloud, the digital technology and intelligence backbone of Alibaba Group.

The partnership follows plans to utilize Alibaba Clouds Large Language Model (LLM) Qwen and cloud technologies to create advanced AI models for both domain-specific and general purposes.

The move aligns with Flock.ios commitment to enabling secure, privacy-preserving training without centralizing data, allowing communities to collaboratively create, train, and own AI models.

The partnership will also see both sides leverage their technical expertise to explore research opportunities and use cases in AI fields.

In addition to this, FLock.io will cooperate with Alibaba Cloud to facilitate joint research initiatives, leveraging the collective knowledge and resources to explore new applications in both centralized and decentralized artificial intelligence.

While it is accessible via Alibaba Clouds generative AI development platform Model Studio, Qwen has been embraced by global businesses and developers.
