“A lot,” Hearn replied when I asked for details. “A lot. You know. All Ill give you is a lot.”

I couldn‘t help myself. I tried to narrow it down, ’you‘re talking about over $30 million？’

“Yeah, yeah,” Hearn replied. “Yeah, all of that. I mean, like, Im not going to go into the actual purse, but, yeah.”

This conversation intrigued me, so I asked around. If Joshua is getting more than $30 million, Paul has to be bringing it at least $40 million, right？

“At a minimum,” one person in the industry told me. “Once all the dust settles, its easy to imagine Jake [Paul] taking home more than $50 million for this fight.”
