[Reason] 1) Ignis(IGNIS) : For the purpose of transparency and healthy development of blockchain industry, Upbit does not support the trading of any assets with 1) anonymity feature 2) possibility of anonymity feature 3) in support of anonymity. We have found that IGNIS had added anonymity feature, which make it hard to be resolved by our technical measures. Also IGNIS did not satisfy Upbit internal criteria on global liquidity. 2) Nxt(NXT) : Despite the team's clarification, it was determined that the project did not satisfy Upbit internal criteria (business performance on mainnet operation and communication transparency) to maintain its listing. 3) Ripio Credit Network(RCN) : We had reached out to PI team asking for elucidation on 1) team capability 2) business feasibility 3) communication transparency 4) technical capability 5) global liquidity. As we haven't received any elucidation, we decided to delist.
