This week, Binance will be delisting seven tokens and halting BUSD withdrawal services. Additionally, two lending protocols will cease operations, requiring users to withdraw their funds within the specified timeframe.
Binance will reopen withdrawals for 12 delisted tokens from December 5, 2023, 08:00 (GMT+8) to December 26, 2023, 07:59 (GMT+8). The specific list includes: Aion (AION), Beam (BEAM), Bitcoin Diamond (BCD), GoChain (GO), Neblio (NEBL), Nebulas (NAS), Neutrino Token (NSBT), Nexus (NXS), Viacoin (VIA), Skycoin (SKY), Songbird (SGB), YOYOW (YOYO).
After December 26, 2023, 07:59 (GMT+8), Binance will no longer support withdrawals for the aforementioned delisted tokens. Users can still view their remaining token balances in the Binance wallet (where applicable).
Additionally, based on the snapshot taken at December 26, 2023, 08:00 (GMT+8) of users' holdings in the Binance wallet, balances of BEAM, BCD, GO, NEBL, NAS, NSBT, and SGB tokens will be converted to an equivalent amount in USDT. Binance will convert balances of these seven tokens into USDT by June 26, 2024, 07:59 (GMT+8).
The UniSat team has released a detailed schedule for the onboarding of ARC 20 assets. Due to technical complexities encountered during development and additional security considerations, UniSat has decided to roll out Atomicals in phases, initially focusing on supporting ARC 20 assets.
UniSat Wallet will commence supporting ARC 20 from December 26, 2023, followed by the opening of ARC 20 asset trading on UniSat Marketplace on December 28, 2023. Finally, UniSat Inscribe will offer services for ARC 20 assets starting on December 30, 2023.
The UniSat team emphasizes that, to ensure the safety of users' assets, it is currently advised to avoid sending non-ARC 20 Atomicals assets to UniSat Wallet. Full support for other assets following the Atomicals protocol will be gradually introduced in future updates.

The Layer1 blockchain Viction (formerly TomoChain) has announced the launch of the Viction Horizon Hackathon, offering a total reward pool exceeding $200,000. The hackathon covers five tracks: social, gaming, payments, stablecoins, and DeFi. Submissions will be accepted online from December 4, 2023, to December 27, 2023, with evaluations taking place from December 28, 2023, to January 5, 2024. The Demo Day is scheduled to be held from January 8, 2024, to January 9, 2024.
This hackathon has received support from various entities including Coin98 Super Wallet, BTSE Exchange, DWF Labs, Verichains, Poolz, RockX, BlockPi, Renverse, and Covalent.
Yield Protocol, a fixed-rate lending protocol, has announced its decision to cease operations. Due to the current low demand for fixed-rate borrowing through Yield Protocol and the increasing regulatory requirements in the United States, Europe, and the United Kingdom, the team has opted to discontinue further development of the protocol.
While Yield Protocol will not introduce a fixed-rate series for March 2024, it will continue to provide complete support for the December 2023 series. All lending activities on Yield Protocol will cease on December 29, 2023.
According to an official announcement, due to Paxos ceasing the minting of new BUSD, Binance will cease support for BUSD products on December 15, 2023. The safety of user assets is ensured, as BUSD will always be pegged to the US dollar at a 1:1 ratio. Paxos has declared its intention to continue supporting BUSD and keep the BUSD exchange channels open at least until February 2024.
Binance advises users to withdraw their held BUSD or convert their BUSD assets into other assets supported by the Binance platform before December 15, 2023. Users can trade their BUSD assets for FDUSD at zero fees on the Binance spot market or exchange their BUSD assets for FDUSD at a 1:1 ratio on the flash swap platform.
Starting from 11:00 AM on December 31, 2023 (GMT+8), BUSD withdrawal services will cease. BUSD balances in users' Binance accounts (except for users from Japan, France, Italy, Poland, and Kazakhstan) will be automatically converted to FDUSD at a 1:1 ratio. Subsequently, users can continue to deposit BUSD into Binance and manually convert their BUSD to FDUSD at a 1:1 ratio until further notice.
Additionally, it is expected that around December 2023, the collateral assets of Binance-Peg BUSD will be exchanged at a 1:1 ratio for FDUSD. Users will be notified once the collateral asset conversion is completed.
Fuji Finance, a cross-chain DeFi lending aggregator, will be shutting down its protocol and ceasing operations. Users are required to withdraw their funds through the Fuji user interface by December 31, 2023. Starting in 2024, users will need to directly interact with smart contracts unless community members decide to continue maintaining the frontend application.
Fuji Finance stated, “Since February this year, the Fuji team has been raising funds to continue developing the protocol and building the future of cross-chain DeFi operations. We couldn't find a product that fits the market. With our funds dwindling, we have decided that we need to begin winding down the company and end operations.”
