　　Interest Calculation Period:

　　1. If the total subscription cap is fully filled in advance, the Interest accrual period starts from the actual filling time + 24 hours , the redemption date will be 10 days after the interest accrual period, and the principal and interest will be distributed to participants after the redemption date .

　　2. If the total subscription cap is not fully filled, the Interest accrual period starts from 12th May 16:00 - 22nd May 2022 16:00 , and the redemption date will be 22nd May 2022 16:00 . The principal and interest will be distributed to participants on the redemption arrival date: 23rd May 2022.

　　3. BitForex does not charge a management fee for this product.
