This announcement is being made on behalf of Celsius Network Limited and Celsius Network LLC Celsius is a cryptocurrency lending and borrowing platform whose service is available through your account on the Bitfinex platform as a Third-Party Service, as described in our Terms of Service The Celsius team has asked us to inform users about changes to Celsius Terms of Use, and Privacy Policy that requires the attention of all Bitfinex users who access the Celsius service through their Bitfinex account. The changes to the Celsius Terms of Use and Privacy Policy include the following: - Your engagement will be with Celsius Network LLC, a Delaware company; - Your relationship with Celsius Network LLC will be subject to the governing laws of New York; - Disputes between you and Celsius Network LLC will be settled by arbitration; The changes summarised above are not all of the changes in the updated documents. The summary was prepared by Celsius Network LLC and has been presented to you for convenience only. If you use the Celsius service via your account on the Bitfinex platform, after you carefully review these updates, you can choose to accept them by logging into your account on the Bitfinex platform, going to the Lending page and following the prompts available on that page. If you agree to the updated Celsius Terms of Use and Privacy Policy on or before 19th August 2021, you will continue to earn rewards as before, and any active loans will not be affected. If you do not accept the updated Terms of Use and Privacy Policy for the Celsius service by 19th August 2021: - Your account will no longer be eligible to earn rewards. - You will lose access to the Celsius services, and withdrawals from the Celsius services will only be processed by reaching out to Celsius Network LLC's customer support team If you do not agree to the updated Celsius Terms of Use or Privacy Policy, please get in touch with the Celsius customer support team to withdraw your funds and close your account. If you accept the updates to the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy after 19th August 2021, you can regain normal access to the Celsius services. Reminder: Celsius should never ask you for confidential information such as passwords, private keys, seed phrases, or secret codes. You should store this information privately and securely and report any suspicious activity.
