After that, the USDT/QC trading fee will be adjusted to: the rate of VIP5, VIP6/SVIP1, VIP7/SVIP2, VIP8/SVIP3 and VIP9/SVIP4 remain unchanged, while VIP0, VIP1, VIP2, VIP3 and VIP4 will be at the same rate as the VIP0 rate.
