From 19/03/21, Bitfinex users who borrow and manually return funding within an hour will now be charged a full hour's interest, regardless of whether the funding has been used in a financed position. This is in line with our commitment to ensure fairer platform use for all and dissuade manipulative funding behaviour on our platform. Funding providers, or users who provide the funding, will receive the full hour earnings, minus a 15% fee.
