The update includes changes to: - Add a new definition of "Account"; - Clarify the definition of "Associates"; - Clarify and more fully describe the subaccount feature; - Remove references to the eosfinex Service; - Clarify and refine the representations and warranties you make to us; - Clarify and refine the limitations of liability, indemnities and releases you provide to us; - Confirm that balances reflected on our platform are not subject to the protections or insurance of any government; - Clarify the third party rights provisions; and - Clarify and refine various other provisions in the Terms of Service. Corresponding edits have been made to some of the documents incorporated into the Terms of Service including the Affiliate Program Terms.
