We're pleased to announce that Bitfinex is supporting the rebranding of Bitcoin Cash ABC (BCHABC) to eCash (XEC) on 01/07/21 at 12:00 PM UTC. With the completion of the rebranding, BCHABC tokens stored on the Bitfinex platform will be converted to the new XEC tokens, with every 1 BCHABC converting to 1,000,000 XEC. Our users do not need to take further action. Trading of Bitcoin Cash ABC (BCHABC) will cease on 01/07/2021 at 12:00 PM UTC. We would like to remind our users to cancel any open orders with Bitcoin Cash ABC. All remaining open orders will be cancelled by the system. While this token's API symbol will remain as BCHABC, its new ticker symbol will be XEC. Its address format's prefix will change from "bitcoincash:" to "ecash:".
