Gate.io is going to upgrade and optimize the future trading engine & grid trading mechanism from 16:30 - 17:30 UTC on April 22nd. There will be short time service interruption during the process of upgrading. If you are affected traders and API users, please adjust your strategies beforehand. What will be upgraded and how long the service interruption will last: 1) Trading engine will be upgraded for futures and derivatives (including BTC margined perpetual contracts, USDT margined perpetual contracts, delivery futures, and CBBC). There will be 10-20 seconds’ service interruption. 2） Grid trading mechanism will be upgraded. There will be service interruption about 20 minutes. During the service interruption, you cannot create or terminate grid strategy, and the running strategies will suspend and only resume when the service is resumed. 3) The contract size of DOGE perpetual contract will be split into smaller unit in order to optimize user experience when placing orders. There will be service interruption about 1 hour. Please note, the historical orders will display to you in the new size as well after this upgrade, which doesn’t affect the actual order. 2）Affected services include: BTC margin perpetual contracts, USDT margined perpetual contracts, delivery contracts, and CBBC Grid trading DOGE perpetual contracts 3）Services not affected include Spot and margin trading, lending, deposits and withdrawals, fiat C2C trading, posts, livesteam and chatroom.
