We're pleased to announce the integration of Simplex to the Bitfinex platform, providing our users with a third payment provider option for purchasing crypto on Bitfinex. Users with intermediate verification level and above can now use the Simplex payment gateway to purchase cryptocurrencies with their Visa or Mastercard payment cards. The first set of digital tokens available for purchase via Simplex are bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH) as well as ERC-20 Tether tokens (USDt) and Tether Gold (XAUt), with more to come. The daily minimum transaction amount is 30 USD or equivalent, while the daily transaction limit is 20,000 USD or equivalent. A full day is considered to be 24 hours since a user's last purchase, and not a calendar day. Simplex is the third payment gateway to be integrated on Bitfinex, after OWNR and Mercuryo.
