Today, on 3 November 2022 at 12:00 UTC, the Mark Method for ETHPOWZ22 has changed to Fair Price marking. We were able to do this because we have constructed a robust index that represents the spot price of the ETH Proof of Work Coin, the .BETHPOWT index, which incorporates the ETHW prices from Bybit, FTX, Huobi, Kucoin, and OKX.
